Stella 像我們一樣,都是位努力工作的都巿女性。2016年她開始接觸瑜珈,藉此減壓及放鬆自己。參加得越多瑜珈課程,越令她在體能上及心靈上變強。好奇心驅使她在 2017年參加了一個在印度果亞的200小時瑜珈導師訓練課程,她的老師及同學們都啟發了她透過教導別人去分享自己的熱情及訓練。現時她在香港舉辦自己的課程,希望她的學生們也能透過做瑜珈,找到快樂、認識自我及獲得平和心。
Stella Lo is a hard working city girl like all of us. In 2016, she has began yoga as stress reliever and a tool to relax after a long day of work. The more classes I attended, the stronger I got, both physically and mentally. Out of curiosity, she enrolled to a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India. Her teachers and classmates have inspired her to share her passion and practice through teaching. She currently run her own classes in Hong Kong and hope her students find happiness, self awareness and calmness on and off the mat.
